Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and HMJ SOLUTIONS L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which operates SpendCanary (“we”, “us”). By using SpendCanary you accept them. If you use it for a business, you accept them for that business.
What SpendCanary does
SpendCanary checks a Google Ads account for settings and patterns that often waste money, estimates what each one costs per month, and explains it in plain English. Today we offer a free scan. Paid plans are not on sale yet; their terms will be shown before you buy.
SpendCanary only reads your account. It does not change anything in it.
SpendCanary is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC.
Your responsibilities
- Only scan Google Ads accounts you own or are allowed to manage, and only with the account owner’s permission.
- Give a real email address that you can read.
- Don’t misuse the service. For example, don’t try to break or overload it, get around its security checks, upload data that isn’t from the script, or use it to build a competing product.
Our estimates are estimates
Our dollar figures are estimates based on the last 30 days of your data. We round them down on purpose, and we never estimate more than 80% of what you spent. They are not a promise of savings, and they are not professional advertising, financial or legal advice. You decide what to change in your account, and you’re responsible for those changes.
The free scan
The free scan is provided as it is, and as available. We work to make it accurate and keep it running, but we don’t promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted or available forever. We may change or stop the free scan at any time.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or advertising spend;
- for the free scan, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to 100 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud.
Your data
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Ending use
You can stop using SpendCanary at any time and remove the script from your Google Ads account. We may stop providing the service to anyone who breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and if a change matters, we’ll tell users we have an email for before it applies.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If a dispute can’t be solved by talking to us at support@spendcanary.com, the courts of that Emirate will decide it. If you’re a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your country gives you.
